PRE ORDERS

All purchases made via our pre-order system will be processed systematically, from the date of when the purchase was made.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

There could be delays with your order, for the following reasons. :

• Incorrect shipping details (address/name).
• Item is currently out of stock.
• Order is pending credit approval and verification.

Note : We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided or packages lost after delivery. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof delivery is generated.
